The "Chiari Headache"

  • Intense pressure at the back of the skull (sub-occipital)
  • Worsens when laughing, sneezing, or straining (Valsalva headaches)
  • Neck pain radiating down into the shoulders

Sensory & Vision

  • Blurred or double vision (Diplopia)
  • Sensitivity to bright lights (Photophobia)
  • Ringing or buzzing in ears (Tinnitus)

Neurological & Balance

  • Dizziness or vertigo (room spinning)
